This policy explains when you can get your money back for an Archmage subscription, and how to ask for it. It applies alongside our Terms and Conditions and the terms presented to you by our payment provider at the time of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with Archmage, you can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 30 days of the date of that payment. You do not have to give a reason.
The refund covers the amount you paid for that order. It is returned to the payment method used for the purchase, by the payment provider that processed it.
Renewal payments are not refundable.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; the license you have already paid for stays valid until the end of the period it covers, and nothing is charged after that.
If a renewal has just been charged and you meant to cancel before it, write to us — see section 5.
When a refund is issued, the license it paid for is revoked. A revoked license can no longer be activated, and devices bound to it can no longer renew their authorisation.
Archmage remains usable without a paid license, within the limits published on our Pricing page.
We may decline a refund request where the guarantee is being used other than as intended, including repeated purchase-and-refund cycles for the same license, seats, or company, and where a license has been used in breach of our Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under the law of the country you live in, including any statutory right to cancel.
Write to [email protected] with the email address used for the order, or open a request from the customer portal of the payment provider that processed your purchase.
Tell us the order and, if it helps, what went wrong — the second part is optional within the 30-day window.
